Abnormal tire wear

The tires of a car are an important part, affecting the vehicle's performance and safety of operation. They should be paid special attention to during the vehicle's use to prevent abnormal damage and early wear. Proper and reasonable use of car tires can effectively extend their service life.
The car driver is the direct user of the car and should pay close attention to the use of the car and its tires.
(1) Check and maintain tire pressure. The standard tire pressure of a car determines its proper performance. If the tire pressure is too low, the tire's rigidity will decrease, and the tire body will deform more under external forces, accelerating tire aging during use; the tire surface area in contact with the ground will increase when under load, causing the tire tread and shoulder to wear faster; the deformation will be too great when the tire is rolled, increasing rolling resistance. If the tire pressure is too high, the tire's rigidity will increase, and the contact area with the ground will become smaller, causing the tire to wear faster. The pressure is also prone to bursting. Therefore, drivers should pay attention to tire pressure, and when inflating the tire pressure, it should be checked with a tire pressure gauge. If the pressure is insufficient, it should be refilled, and if it is too high, it should be released. It is advisable to check the tire pressure with your feet before driving out every day to feel the deformation and pressure of the tire, and at the same time, you can also sense the condition of the wheel hub bearing, which is very beneficial to driving safety.
(2) Avoid overloading the tires. The load capacity of the tire is limited, and it should be avoided as much as possible. The situation of overloading a small car is relatively small, while the load of a cargo truck may be larger. If necessary, it should be controlled within 20%. Some cargo trucks are loaded with more cargo to make more profits, with some 6t cargo trucks loaded with 8t or 10t, which is very unfavorable to the tires. Some tires are damaged and even burst. It is not advisable to overload on a flat road, and it is better to avoid overloading on bad roads as much as possible.

(3) Save tire driving. When driving, pay attention to saving tires, ignoring tire damage, and wild driving, which has a great impact on the service life of tires. When driving normally on a bad road, pay attention to choosing the road surface to prevent the road from scratching the tires and causing excessive wear; pay attention to using the emergency brake less; accelerate more smoothly when starting; pay attention to turning the car, reducing tire wear.
(4) Regular inspection and tire rotation. In order to wear the tires evenly and regularly inspect the tires, it is very important to pay attention to the tire rotation of the car. At present, most drivers replace the tires when they are damaged and repair them, as long as the wheels can rotate, whether to change the position does not matter, of course, this is not correct. According to the provisions of the vehicle operation manual, the tires should be inspected and rotated every 8000km.
Regularly check the mudguard, fender and truck body of the car to see if they are in contact with the tires. Pay attention to checking whether the tire nut is loose. Pay attention to checking whether there are stones between the tires. Pay attention to digging out stones and debris from the tire tread. The tires become very dirty after passing through muddy roads in the rain, so they should be washed clean with clean water in time. Do not park the car on oil-contaminated ground.
